Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult clients on IT solutions, including IT Helpdesk/Support services, networking systems, Cloud, and Security solutions.
- Present and explain technical solutions to non-technical customers in a clear and engaging manner.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Experience Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in IT Support, IT Helpdesk, Networking, Cloud, or Security.
- Basic knowledge of IT Helpdesk, including software, hardware, networking, and IT systems support.
- Experience in consulting and selling IT products and solutions.
Skills Requirements:
- Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions to customers in a simple and engaging manner.
- Proficiency in office applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English is a plus.
# IT HELPDESK
BASIC INFORMATION
- Workplace: 1D Nguyen Duy, Ward 3, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City
- Working hours: Monday to Saturday (morning).
- Degree: College/University in IT field.
- Experience: 1 – 2 years.
- Salary: 7,000,000 – 10,000,000 VND + Business bonus + Customer retention bonus.
- Salary mechanism based on 3Ps: Basic salary + Responsibility salary + Efficiency salary.
- Support end-users in IT-related tasks: receive requests (Request/Problem) and handle basic troubleshooting, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, computer peripherals, office phones, conferencing, Office 365, install computer application software, and set up computers/phones for users. (Details will be trained according to the support process).
- Participate in Onsite visits to maintain customers’ network systems according to schedule.
- Generate work reports through the Service Desk system.
- Perform other tasks in the team according to the plan & goals of the Team Leader.
- Work experience: 1 year.
- Knowledge of Office 365.
- Experience with Outlook Email.
- Experience in installing, troubleshooting hardware issues with computers, printers, networks…
- Required skills:
- Communication skills.
- Teamwork skills.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn.
- Certification requirements:
- Basic English communication skills.
- Preference for MCSA, CCNA, or Office 365 certifications.
- College/University degree in IT specialization.
