JOB DESCRIPTION
Main responsibilities:
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Prepare quotations, contracts, contract addendums, transfer contracts, and contract reception.
- Draft and update sales documents, procedures: Renewals, extensions, changes, service terminations, products.
- Manage the timeline for renewing services and supplying products to customers.
- Manage sales documents, contracts, sales documents.
- Manage customer information, orders, sales figures on CRM.
- Coordinate with sales/accounting staff to collect sales receivables.
- Purchase and coordinate sourcing from suppliers.
- Coordinate with Sales Accounting for supplier payments.
- Work with suppliers for returns, replacements of goods. Plan and coordinate regular customer care.
- Coordinate Sales Accounting for inventory input and output on ERP system.
- Transfer relevant product data to customer service department regularly.
- Develop and update promotional programs, pricing, partner policies, agencies from suppliers.
- Coordinate and participate in departmental tasks as assigned by superiors.
- Support General Accounting Manager with daily tasks (if any).

# IT HELPDESK EMPLOYEE
BASIC INFORMATION
- Workplace: 1D Nguyen Duy, Ward 3, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City
- Working hours: Monday to Saturday (morning).
- Degree: College/University in IT field.
- Experience: 1 – 2 years.
- Salary: 7,000,000 – 10,000,000 VND + Business bonus + Customer retention bonus.
- Salary mechanism based on 3Ps: Basic salary + Responsibility salary + Efficiency salary.
- Support end-users in IT-related tasks: receive requests (Request/Problem) and handle basic troubleshooting, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, computer peripherals, office phones, conferencing, Office 365, install computer application software, and set up computers/phones for users. (Details will be trained according to the support process).
- Participate in Onsite visits to maintain customers’ network systems according to schedule.
- Generate work reports through the Service Desk system.
- Perform other tasks in the team according to the plan & goals of the Team Leader.
- Work experience: 1 year.
- Knowledge of Office 365.
- Experience with Outlook Email.
- Experience in installing, troubleshooting hardware issues with computers, printers, networks…
